Eco Sirma Flaris

The “Syrma” has zero environmental footprints because all its energy comes from solar panels. This, of course, means that it does not have air-conditioners but has ceiling fans for low energy consumption. The installation and use of air conditioning are unnecessary because it is very cool and airy all year. The water supply is through a tank located just outside the “Syrma” and connected to a small pipe which means that you can consume water, but you have to be very careful with its consumption.

The “Syrma” that is located 1m from the sea with crystal clear waters where you could enjoy the beach and swim. The “Syrma” is a small maisonette consisting of two floors. When you open the door on the ground floor, you can go straight to the sea. There are two single beds on the upper floor, the toilet, and the shower. A narrow traditional staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor. There is the kitchen in a separate room on the first floor, and the bedroom opens onto a lovely courtyard with a nice view of the bay, the sea, and the other houses.
